Bon Jovi Working On New Album For 2013

It feels like forever since we've mentioned the name Bon Jovi but Richie Sambora says the band is back in the studio working on a new album, and its sounding great.

Richie's been writing songs with Jon Bon Jovi in New York and have begun laying down tracks for an album he hopes will be out early next year.

"We're in the studio and it sounds great," Richie told Rolling Stone.

"Jon [Bon Jovi] and I were writing. I'd fly to New York and we came up with a lot of great tracks and we started laying down basics a couple of weeks back. That will be out sometime in early 2013."

Meanwhile, Richie's also been working on a solo record, which would be his first in 14 years.
